Courses for School Students - Fees 2009/10 Schedule
Registration
All students wishing to return for the forthcoming academic year must re-register in May as per Registration letter. Students not registered by this point cannot be guaranteed a place.
Please note that School Fees may be subject to rise within each Academic Year. Please refer to Course Terms and Conditions regarding Payment of Fees.
Notes regarding Academic Fees (Part-time classes)
1. Students/Parents subscribing to the Monthly Payment scheme must make payments by Direct Debit. The default date is 1st of the month but we can alter this if you wish.
2. Any student whose fee payments are late, or has fees outstanding may have their place suspended or terminated without notice at the discretion of the principal.
3. Should you decide to discontinue your course, GAMTA requires this decision in writing and require one months fees in lieu.
4. Fees are non-refundable.
5. Academic Fees do not include Examination entry fees which are chargeable by Invoice and due within 14 days of receipt.
6. Any customer who continually defaults on the monthly payment scheme may have this option for payment withdrawn at any time.
7. A charge of £15.00 is made for Direct Debit representations which fail on a second attempt.
How does the Fees Payment structure work?
The fee is for the complete Academic Year. GAMTA offers a payment plan which breaks this down to 12 equal monthly payments plus a registration fee which enables easier budgeting for parents. Fees are not paid based on the number of classes received in one calendar month.
