PARADE - Production cancelled (Posted 10.3.09)
GAMTA and GTE Productions regret to announce that the forthcoming production of PARADE has been cancelled. Following the recent success of our London Graduate Showcase, the majority of the cast are now unavailable for the rehearsal and production period due to castings and auditions and various meetings with their Agents. If you have already purchased tickets for this event, our ticket agent SEC Xtra should be in contact with you over the next few days to arrange a full refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
GAMTA's Graduate Success in London (Posted 26.2.09)
Following GAMTA's Graduate Showcase in London at The Criterion Theatre on February 18th, we are delighted to report that industry professionals have once again embraced and praised the high standard of graduates that GAMTA produces. At today's date out of our 11 graudates, 9 have already been signed to leading London Agents and some of the students are already auditioning for some of the West Ends most successful productions. GAMTA entertain Scotland's stars at Showbiz Ball (Posted 9.2.09)
Students from GAMTA received a standing ovation at the glittering Showbiz Ball at Glasgow's Thistle Hotel on February 7th. The annual event to raise funds for the Scottish Showbusiness Benevolent Fund attracts a host of Scottish Showbiz stars including Johnny Beattie, Allan Stewart, Mary Lee, Sydney Devine and Keith Jack to name but a few. GAMTA were thrilled to be invited to perform their Swing's The Thing Cabaret set at the prestigious event. The show received rapturous applause and concluded with a standing ovation from the audience! Following the show, GAMTA have been asked to perform for the charity again with Scottish Country music star Sydney Devine at the City's Pavilion Theatre on March 13th.
